Nicolette Shapewear offers Purchase Protection at checkout to give our customers peace of mind that their package will be covered in the event that it is lost in transit, delivered but not received, stolen, or damaged.

HOW TO PURCHASE PACKAGE PROTECTION

It is very simple to purchase Package Protection! Add your desired items to your cart,, and make sure you have added package protection to your shopping cart as seen in the photo below.

OUR POLICY

Nicolette Shapewear will be reliable for packages lost/damaged. We will not issue any refund, only replacements of the exact package. If items in order are sold out, we will send out a replacement for item of equal or lesser value. 

YOUR ITEMS MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT: 

  • If your Package is marked as delivered but not delivered after 72 business hours.
  • If your package arrives damaged
  • If you believe or have proof that your package has been stolen
  • If Package has been lost in transit or stuck in transit for over 72 business hours with no word from the carrier.

HOW TO INITIATE A CLAIM:

We understand how frustrating it can be to be expecting a package, and an unforeseeable circumstance takes place. Don’t worry! If you have purchased Nicolette Shapewear Purchase Protection at checkout, you may begin a claim and request for a Replacement package to be sent your way! In order to get your claims process started, please email us at customerservice@nicoletteshapewear.com with subject headline: CLAIM + (Your ORDER #) and a representative will assist you in getting your replacement ASAP.
